Do you charge in KSh or USD?+
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and card.
Is hosting included?+
First-year hosting is included on Business and Custom Software. After that, hosting is part of our monthly care plans from KSh 3,500/month.
How long does a website take?+
Starter: 5–7 days. Business: 2–3 weeks. Custom Software: 6–12 weeks depending on scope.
Do you sign a contract?+
Yes. Every project starts with a simple, fixed-scope agreement and a 50% deposit.
Can I pay in instalments?+
Yes. Standard split is 50% to start, 50% on launch. Custom Software can be split into 3 milestones.
Do you work with businesses outside Thika?+
Yes — we work with clients across Kenya and East Africa. Everything is delivered remotely with WhatsApp + Google Meet.
